Heritage Eyewear was founded in 1993, based on the belief that truly high-quality eyewear could be manufactured and distributed at an affordable price. Steve Johnson, Heritage Eyewear's founder and president, took the expertise he had gained from 24 years in optical sales and frame manufacturing and applied it to the foundation of Heritage Eyewear.

 Quality - The experts at Heritage eyewear are responsible for the design of the frames in our eyewear collections. All of our frames are made with superior craftsmanship and the finest materials and components, including German OBE spring hinges, French ComTech spring hinges and Italian paper transfer colors. Frames are constructed using precious metal plating, including palladium, gold, titanium and cobalt.
 Inventory - When we design and introduce a new style, we invest in a deep inventory level of each size and color. You can be assured that back orders are almost non-existant. In fact, we have a 99.5 percent fulfillment rate! On those rare occasions where there is a back order, we will send you the same frame in a different color for your patient to use until the frame that is back ordered is received.
 Service - We offer 24-hour order processing which means you can place orders anytime. All orders received by 3pm are shipped the same day. We also offer an RX-FED EX service for a small fee which positively guarantees the delivery of your order the very next day. Our customer service representatives are highly trained and are able to answer your technical questions. Our famous Three-ring Service assures that, when you call us, we will answer in three rings, saving you time, money and frustration. We offer an unconditional guarantee on all our products, including a guaranteed sell-through policy. If you buy a product which sits on display for more than 12 months and doesn't sell, we will replace that frame for another one. We are also able to customize temple lengths. We have an expert on-site who can custom extend or shorten temple lengths to meet your customers' needs.
